Equity Education Services

How it works

Simple, human, and led
by your school's needs

Every school is different. The process below is consistent — but what happens within each step is shaped entirely by your context, your challenges, and your team.

01

A conversation first — no agenda, no pitch

We start with a free, informal conversation. I want to understand your school's context: what's working, what isn't, what's been tried before, and what kind of support would actually be useful. This isn't a sales call — it's a genuine conversation to work out whether there's a fit.

02

A tailored proposal — clear, jargon-free

Based on that first conversation, I'll put together a clear proposal outlining what support would look like, how long it would take, what's expected from your team, and what it costs. No surprises, no small print. If it doesn't feel right, say so — I'd rather we're honest at this stage.

03

Working alongside you — not at you

The work itself is always collaborative. I'm not parachuting in with answers. I'm working alongside your team — helping you see your school clearly, think through priorities, and build the capacity and confidence for equity improvement to be genuinely sustainable long after our work together ends.

04

Review and next steps — on your terms

At the end of any piece of work, we review what's changed, what still needs attention, and what realistic next steps look like. Some schools want to continue; others are ready to lead this independently. Both are a success.

The best place to start is a conversation.
